Today's Word - Deuteronomy 7:6

THEOPHONY

Today's Word - Deuteronomy 7:6

For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth.

Prayer:

Thank you Lord, for you've chosen us to be yours and a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth. Not because we are worthy, but because of your everlasting love you did this. Enable us to conduct ourselves as living sacrifices to your name. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

15 Resolves for Maintaining Spiritual Balance in Severe Interpersonal Conflicts The pain of interpersonal conflict may seem too acute to bear. Sometimes we see these conflicts erupt suddenly among families, or between church members, or at work or school. They may involve serious allegations that tend to rip people apart in ways that seem irreparable. In these most severe ruptures of confidence, when the necrosis of sin is eating up the lives of those involved, is it possible to rise above and maintain a spiritual composure? Certainly that must be so. But we have to apply biblical principles ruthlessly, without wavering. Sin must be confronted when a person is truly abusive to you. If you are in such a relationship, seek counsel from a pastor or Christian counselor. Don't feel ashamed to deal with the issue. It will be the best thing for you and the abusive person. God has clearly stated: "If your brother sins, go and show him his fault" (Mt. 18:15). What follows in Matth...

Oct 07, 2014 - Peace and Strength

Let the everlasting strength of the Lord be our strength in a tossing sea (worldly life) Isaiah 26:3-4 - You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Trust in the LORD forever, For in YAH, the LORD, is everlasting strength.

Today's Word - Acts 10:43

THEOPHONY Today's Word - Acts 10:43 To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins. Prayer : Forgive us sins Lord, that we moved away from you trusting others. Help us to come over our unbelief and to be strongly rooted in you. In Jesus adorable name we pray. Amen.
