Today's Word - Ezra 8:22

For I was ashamed to request of the king an escort of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy on the road, because we had spoken to the king, saying, The hand of our God is upon all those for good who seek Him, but His power and His wrath are against all those who forsake Him.

வழியிலே சத்துருவை விலக்கி, எங்களுக்குத் துணைசெய்யும்படிக்கு, நான் ராஜாவினிடத்தில் சேவகரையும் குதிரைவீரரையும் கேட்க வெட்கப்பட்டிருந்தேன்; எங்கள் தேவனுடையகரம் தம்மைத் தேடுகிறவர்கள் எல்லார்மேலும் அவர்களுக்கு நன்மையாக இருக்கிறதென்றும், அவருடைய வல்லமையும் அவருடைய கோபமும் அவரைவிட்டு விலகுகிறவர்கள் எல்லார்மேலும் இருக்கிறதென்றும், நாங்கள் ராஜாவுக்குச் சொல்லியிருந்தோம்.

మేలు కలుగజేయుటకై ఆయనను ఆశ్రయించు వారికందరికిని మా దేవుని హస్తము తోడుగా ఉండునుగాని, ఆయన హస్తమును ఆయన ఉగ్రతయు ఆయనను విసర్జించు వారందరిమీదికి వచ్చునని మేము రాజుతో చెప్పియుంటిమి గనుక మార్గ మందున్న శత్రువుల విషయమై మాకు సహాయము చేయునట్లు కాల్బలమును రౌతులును రాజునొద్ద కావలెనని మనవి చేయుటకు సిగ్గు నాకు తోచెను.

ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇದಾಗುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರ ಹಸ್ತ ಉಂಟು. ಆದರೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡುವವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಆತನ ಬಲವೂ ಆತನ ಕೋಪವೂ ಉಂಟು ಎಂದು ನಾವು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಶತ್ರುವಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಕೊಡಲು ಕಾಲ್ಬಲ ವನ್ನೂ ರಾಹುತರನ್ನೂ ಅರಸನಿಂದ ಕೇಳಲು ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟೆವು.

ഞങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കൈ അവനെ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്ന ഏവർക്കും അനുകൂലമായും അവനെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഏവർക്കും പ്രതികൂലമായും ഇരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ഞങ്ങൾ രാജാവിനോടു പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു വഴിയിൽ ശത്രുവിന്റെ നേരെ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു തുണയായിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു പടയാളികളെയും കുതിരച്ചേവകരെയും രാജാവിനോടു ചോദിപ്പാൻ ഞാൻ ലജ്ജിച്ചിരുന്നു.

Prayer:

Lord, let's not depend on king's horsemen and soldiers, but only the hand of our God. As your power and your wrath be against all those who forsake you, keep us away from such behaviour and lead us according to your plan and purpose. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

தேவரீர் நாங்கள் ராஜாவினிடத்தில் சேவகரையும் குதிரைவீரரையும் கேட்காமல், எங்கள் தேவனுடையகரத்தை நாடி, நன்மையை உம்மிடமிருந்து பெற்றுக்கொள்ள கிருபை தாரும்.  உம்முடைய வல்லமையும், கோபமும் உம்மைவிட்டு விலகுகிறவர்கள் எல்லார்மேலும் இருக்கிறதென்பதால், அப்படிப்பட்ட சூழ்நிலைக்கு எங்களை விலக்கி காத்தருளும். இயேசுவின் மூலம் ஜெபிக்கிறோம் பிதாவே. ஆமென்.
